3. Refunds

Refunds are considered only in exceptional cases where the issue cannot be resolved through a re-clean. Refunds are limited to the cost of the service provided.

4. Exclusions

Refunds or re-cleans will not be issued if:

  • The issue arises from circumstances beyond our control (e.g., pre-existing damage, unsafe conditions)

  • Customer instructions were not provided or followed

  • Damage occurs due to neglect or external factors
