No — most of our clients are not home during their clean. Many provide a key, a key safe code, or arrange access through a letting agent. Every member of our team is DBS (criminal record) checked and fully insured, so your home is completely safe in our hands. We'll lock up securely when we leave and message you as soon as we're done. If you'd prefer to be home, that's absolutely fine too — we'll work around you.

Regular cleaning has a 2-hour minimum. Deep and end-of-tenancy estimates allow 2.5 labour hours per bedroom, with a 3-hour minimum: a 2-bed home allows 5 labour hours and a 3-bed home 7.5. These are total cleaner-hours, not a guaranteed visit duration; two cleaners can share the work. The oven and fridge bundle adds 1 hour to the schedule. We confirm the team, scope and expected visit duration with you.

Yes — always. We bring professional-grade cleaning products and equipment to every job, included in the price. You don't need to provide anything. Eco-friendly, fragrance-free or allergen-safe alternatives are available on request at no extra charge. Just let us know when you book.

Yes — weekly and fortnightly plans are available. New customers pay £20/hour with a 2-hour minimum. Choosing a frequency does not reduce the domestic rate: loyalty rates are earned through completed cleans. We aim to send the same cleaner wherever possible.

You can cancel from your account at any time before the clean. Please give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling where possible, so we can offer the slot to someone else. There is no automatic cancellation fee. Nothing is paid upfront, so there is nothing to refund.

No. There's nothing to pay when you book — no card, no deposit. You settle up in person after the clean, once you've seen the work done.

Yes — mould removal is one of our specialisms. We treat mould in bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and any other area of the home using professional anti-fungal products that kill the mould at the root, not just on the surface. We also apply a protective treatment to slow regrowth. Every mould job comes with free prevention advice — we'll tell you what's causing it and what you can do to keep it from coming back.
